As the label on the back of the bottle says, it is a rich umamiguchi‼️.
When drunk on its own, it has an aroma and acidity that is typical of Yamahai.
When paired with fried bean curd, it is delicious!
The sourness mellows out and you can even taste the fruity flavor of melon😋.
I like to drink it as a food sake❣️

It has a classic rich taste and I think it will be in high demand from now on, but I don't have an image of it as a hanpukai target sake.
