I chose Sentori for my 400th check-in. It has been a long time since I have had a bottle, but the new label is very sophisticated and cool.
This one is an orikara type and has a moderate slight bubbling. It has a sweet and sour taste that is typical of Sentori, and it has a natural taste that permeates the body smoothly. It has a slight bitterness that makes it hard to stop drinking without getting tired of it. It is beyond the boundaries of sake.
