It is very cold tonight! My wife is having a reunion with her kindergarten mom's friends, so I'm drinking alone tonight 😚.
I'm happy to have reached 600 check-ins, so I opened a bottle of sake 🎉㊗️🎉!
Recently, the famous Kochira, which is known for its fresh ogorami and nigoromi, has arrived at our house 👏👏👏.
Tonight's snacks were ginger mizore nabe and 5 kinds of small bowls (hinepon, pickled radish's peel in soy sauce, Nara pickles cream cheese, Nara pickles miso, Chinese celery salad).
Now, the bottle is opened. ‼️ The aroma is clean and sweet with just the right amount of milky, tempting you to drink it quickly 🎉.
The first attack is a little tight and milky 😚 Later on, the spiciness of the darker side mixes with the spiciness, resulting in a delicious sake that lingers for a long time: ‼️
I've heard it's delicious 😋, but it's really delicious ♥️, one of the best 3 this year 😋.
