The three-day weekend is just around the corner Today we have a brewery we haven't had for a long time Aihara Shuzo's Amego no Tsuki This time it is Okayama Asahi Junmai Daiginjo! I haven't tasted this since I first started working at Sake no Wa when I was a little red! So, without further ado, let's have it! The first day First, the aroma. It has a fresh and fruity aroma. When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the fruity citrus flavor from the gentle sweetness that is not too sweet. It is delicious! The gradation of the aftertaste is also irresistible, with a little spiciness and bitterness combining from the weak sweetness aftertaste! All the flavors are not too strong, so I thought it was a very beautiful and well-balanced sake with a sweeter flavor. Day 2 Today's sake also has a refreshing sweetness and a complex flavor, with a refreshingly gentle pungency in the aftertaste. I also feel a slight sweetness combined with bitterness. I like the feeling of the gentle sweetness seeping through. Day 3 The overall impression is very mild. The lingering taste from the soft sweetness is faintly a little citrusy? There's also a bit of bitterness and spiciness. There is also a bit of bitterness to spiciness, which is refreshing and sharp. It has been a long time since I have had a "moon after rain" sake, but it was consistently delicious for 3 days!

Hi ma-ki-, 😊Moon after the rain...good 😊After the rain, there are many different types of moon, but I also like the review sake, brewed with Asahi rice ✨.

Good evening, ma-ki-😃. Ame no Tsuki, it's delicious 😊. If it is a standard sake, it is easily available in Hiroshima 🍶. The other day, the owner of a liquor store in Okayama told me that the rice market price for Asahi rice has gone up quite a bit.

Thanks for your comment, soumacho! It's easy to get it when you're local 😲. It's been a long time since I've tasted moon after rain, and it was really delicious 😋. I hear that rice prices have skyrocketed, but sake rice is also getting more expensive 😥.

Hi, ma-ki-chan! I haven't had "Amego no Tsuki" for a while and I'm jealous of your Junmai Daiginjo 🤣. I've never heard of Okayama Asahi as a sake rice ✨. I'm curious about the combination of a little bit of land that straddles the border between prefectures from my hometown 🥰.

Thank you for your comment, Jive! I was given Okayama Asahi by my favorite sakusama, so I gave it a try: ⤴️ There are so many different kinds of sake out there, I'd like to try some that I haven't tried yet 😊.
