This is the last report of my business trip to Toyama.

You can tell they are particular about how they make their sake from the label, "We are a small handmade sake brewery, so we don't make a lot of sake in a year." You can tell that they are particular about how they make their sake from the label 😳 No wonder it is hard to find!
As with all Kachikoma sake, it is good that the sake is fresh and not heavy with the deliciousness of the rice.
It's a junmai ginjo, but the aroma doesn't stand up, but when you roll it around in your mouth, you can smell the grape aroma like muscat on your nose!

I've been to Kanazawa and enjoyed it 😍Toyama is just to go to Toyama Bay to eat sailboats and seafood (by bike), so no sightseeing 😅 but the food and sake is good! You have to enjoy the trip to and from 👍
