Memories of the trip After finishing the Banshu Ikken, I wanted to drink some more heated sake 😙, so I decided to open a souvenir from my recent trip to the Chugoku region: ❗️ This is a bottle I bought at a souvenir shop when I stopped by Okayama station to drink it on the train to Tottori: ‼️ I didn't end up drinking it on the train 🚃, and I had no way of knowing that I would buy several more bottles after that 😅. This is a cute design that looks like a souvenir, but it seems to be a tax return gift from Kume Minami-cho in Okayama Prefecture, the "home of siphon and terraced rice fields" 🤗. It is a mild and easy to drink sake. ☺️ After a quick drink, next up was a Junmai Ginjo from Okayama Castle Mountains! We'll have this one heated up too 🎵. This was our first bottle of Okayama sake from the Rimori Sake Brewery, which is dedicated to sake 😄 It is crisp and dry with a light astringency and acidity! As we drank the souvenir sake and talked about where we would go next 🤗, the drinks just kept flowing 🤭Hot sake gets drunk fast, so we laid down on the bed and crashed 😴💤 that day, I'm going to gradually drink some of the other souvenir sake I bought on my trip 👋.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby! Reflecting on memories after a trip is a fun time, but looking back while drinking souvenir sake🍶 leaves a stronger impression of the place you visited and doubles the fun. ✌️

Mr. Jay & Mrs. Nobby Good morning 🥰. It's fun to drink the alcohol you bought on your trip at home and reflect on the fun you had on your trip 🥰 But you know, alcohol is all about the atmosphere of the place, and it often tastes different when you drink it at home💦.
