In the afternoon, we visited Atsuta Jingu Shrine and disbanded!
I'll be off again this week after I go to work tomorrow.

The first drink is local sake Tsushimaya!
Because they use a lot of Miyamanishiki, they are a rare sake brewery outside of Nagano that has permission to use Yamae Nishiki ✨.
Tsushimaya's flagship is Miyamanishiki!
Its newest sake is Shin Makuake!
The aroma is not so strong and fruity🍍.
Juicy, sweet and delicious but not too rich, not too acidic but refreshing in the second half 😋.
It's not as sweet and tasty as it sounds 🤣I personally think it's well-balanced and easy to drink✨.
I knew Tsushimaya was good👍

Manachie was probably drinking the standard Miyamanishiki ✨ I found it well-balanced, but it's a modern, sweet sake 😋.
I would also recommend the Miyai Sakura from the same brewery👍.

I think Tsushimaya is one of the easiest to drink modern Gifu sake, so I recommend it👍.
