Abe Star Series ARCTURUS
I got my long-sought "ARCTURUS" 🥰I thought I could complete the Star Series with this one, but the new one "DENEB" was released, so I couldn't complete it 😅.

Rosé color that you wouldn't expect from a sake 😲Strawberry-like aroma that reminds you of sweet and sourness, from the gasiness of the mouthfeel to the clean and dry flavor and sharpness, to the quite distinctive yet indescribable aftertaste and lingering view through the nose.
It is good with fried food, and seems to go well with full-bodied dishes, maybe even spiced curry 🤔.

If there were strawberry juice, would this be the aroma? It has a sweet aroma with a refreshing sourness, a sweetness with a fruity taste, and a dry finish with a sweet and sour aftertaste and a mysterious aroma that escapes from the nose.
Served with chicken tempura and grilled mackerel (frozen) from Hayashi Sake Shop.
The star language of Arcturus means "star of joy" or "bright star", and recently the Andromeda class 9207 Arcturus appeared in the remake of Space Battleship Yamato, Yamato 3199 ✨.
