The first product that is not a daily sake brewery training or training was recently launched for sale and I opened it 😍.
Of course I've secured the first batch 😏.
Smells smooth and mild 🎶.
Refreshingly gassy on the palate
Tingling and pleasant on the tongue 😋.
To be frank, it's a muscat juice with a moderate sweetness 🤣.
It has a good acidity and a nice sharpness 👍.
As the temperature is raised, the umami flavor also comes out.
A well-balanced, sweet and delicious sake 🍶.
I've never had Tomita Shuzo's Shichibonsyari but I wonder if it's like this? I wonder if it's like this 🤔.
I'm interested but the nearest store I know of is about 300km away in Utsunomiya💦.

Come to think of it, there are rare sake breweries that can do something similar with crowdfunding 🤔.
