Today I spent a relaxing holiday with my wife.
And our dinner was Kido Junmai Daiginjo Sparkling by Heiwa Shuzo.
I got this sake because I was gawked at by everyone's postings on Sake-no-Wawa.
It looks like a normal sparkling wine.
When you open the bottle, it makes a nice popping sound.
When I poured it into a glass, it was bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly bubbly!
Let's enjoy the wine right away.
First, the aroma. It has a sweet aroma.
When you put it in your mouth, you get a dry impression with a bitter taste.
After that, you will feel a slight sweetness, followed by a spiciness, and then the bitter taste will finish you off with a freshness.
The sweetness increases as the temperature rises a little, and the aroma changes in various ways, making it enjoyable to the fullest 🎵.
We were able to spend a blissful time with sake today as well 😊.

All the sake I drank in Wakayama prefecture was Kido 😁.
