Unlike regular Jyuseki, it seems to use a yeast called Kyo-no-Saki that produces a lot of malic acid.
It doesn't say, but according to Nisshimura Sake Brewery's Instagram, it is an unfiltered sake.
It is gorgeous, like rum, and a little bitter. The sweetness is moderate. Or rather spicy? The cool taste is perfect for the coming season!
As the temperature rises, the appleiness comes out, but at the same time the spiciness increases.
Personally, I prefer the "Jujishi" that I've had so far.
I made a mistake when I drank it before, but I have to mix the Jujyoku with the sake, otherwise the lees sink to the bottom and the taste changes a lot.
If you drink it with the lees mixed in, it might have a little sweetness.

bouken, good evening 😃
I see you drank the summer sake from Towashi 😊I made a reservation at Kadoya with the receipt of the hanpukai but it will be 2 weeks before I can pick it up 😅I went to Kadoya last week and the week before last but I cried and cried 😭 I can't wait to drink it 😋.

Good morning, bouken 😃I came across this summer's ten stones the other day on a liquor store tour with Rafa, but I was too curious about a different sake (rumored to be a weird sake) and let it slide 😭 I'll keep the mildly bitter spicy one in mind 👍.

Hi bouken 😀
We haven't received the summer sake at our house yet, so Jyuseki-san is up to the pink of the spring sake, but it looks quite different from the image of Jyuseki-san so far, so I'm looking forward to it😇.

Hi Rafa 😃
I think you would probably like it 😁.
This sake is very bitter and spicy if you drink it without mixing it because the lees are submerged in it, so it might be easier for your wife to drink it if you mazemaze it 🤔.

Hello Mr. Wakata😊.
I think it's a good idea to buy the perverted sake because I think there are other places where you can drink it even if you don't go to Kadoya 😁I'm really interested in that perverted sake too 😆.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃
I see you can buy them in Tochigi too😍Ten stone is a fast development 😆.
I think you will like it because it's not too sweet 😊.
It's fire-brewed but there is lees so you might want to shake the bottle before drinking 🤔.

Hi Yasbay 😃
The yeast is different so the type has a slightly different vibe 🤔The brewer says the taste and label is inspired by a Ramune 😊.
