Recently, there have been a lot of postings at Sakegawa, Genzai.
I was curious about it, so when I saw it at Hasegawa Sake Shop, I unconsciously reached for it 🤣.
After opening the bottle, the aroma is fruity, but you can also enjoy a grain-like aroma like rice 🤩.
In the mouth, it has a fresh fruitiness that reminds me of muskmelon with a slight fizziness 🍈 and a smooth mouthfeel.
The acidity, which is not showy, leads the taste beautifully! The lingering citrus bitterness and a hint of spiciness finish off the palate.
I had an image that Suehiro Sake Brewery made hard-core sake, but they also brew this kind of sake 😍.
