After the first mountain of busyness that will last until December, I thought I'd give you the bubbly nigori series I've been hoarding at the end of the summer.
Of course, I'm a sucker for both bubbly and nigori, so forgive me if all I say in future posts is that it's soooo good💦.
First up was the Fudo Fusagane, which has an impressive dazzling yellow color.
Surprisingly dry. Then the rice aroma and acidity are friendly and fluffy.
This is my favorite 😋💕
The bottle was opened peacefully without blowing as much as the liquor store said it would, and finished deliciously👍❤️
Fudo, nice to meet you, but I'll buy it again next time, no doubt 😆.
