When you pour it, it smells like sweet pineapple.
It is a thick sweet pineapple.
I take a sip...sizzling gassy feeling! It's not freshly opened, but it's gassy👍.
It has sweetness, but the acidity and gassy feeling makes it refreshing. The juiciness is just amazing!
There's a slight bitterness in the aftertaste.
That bitterness gives it depth of flavor and brings the sweet and sour together, which is so delicious 😋.
As a lover of orikarami and nigori, I couldn't get enough of this sake💕😊💕

I would like to try a set of red and white Kangiku, not too sweet and refreshing 😋I thought it was a saki-kunyu since Rafa papa raised the white one right after this one 😆.
