I haven't had this since I drank it at home about 3 years ago.
Back then it wasn't a blink-and-you'll-miss-it brand like it is now, but now you can't buy it all at once💦.
I knew it was good 😋.
Juicy sweetness and fresh gas. The acidity is also impressive.
It's unfiltered raw sake, but it's not heavy and easy to drink.

If you are lucky, you might be able to buy it at Hata Sake Shop in Minami Ibaraki 🤔.
