Visited the sake brewery during a trip to Nagano and purchased
My dream came true!
I calculated the shipping date of the new sake and booked my airline ticket this May.
I came to Japan to buy this brewery's limited edition sake.
I was lucky to find it (^_^)v
Good aroma from the moment you open it!
The aroma is soooo good!
The green apple is amazing!
Slightly effervescent piquancy in the mouth
Lush and fruity beyond expectations
The youthful flush is great and clearly defined.
In the second half, there is a slight bitterness, a little bitterness and aliveness.
Not unpleasant bitterness, of course.
Great balance of complex flavors.
After a little time, the sweet aroma emerges and the sweetness increases.
Very tasty 😁.
Worth the trip!
