Whether it's true or not, the anecdote is somewhat convincing, so I thought this sake might be a "moon sake" in a sense and chose this one: ✨️
Takeyu I Love You Junmai Ginjo Yamadanishiki Hi-ire

The aroma is like a refreshing rum, and the mouthfeel is fresh and clean, with a hint of sweetness and firm umami, followed by a refreshing aftertaste and a banana-like aroma that escapes through the nose.

Aroma like melon or melon before it ripens, with a slight gassy mouthfeel, followed by a clear, fresh sweetness and a sense of unity, then a gentle lingering aroma and a nose that resembles banana, and finally a bitter taste that lingers in the throat.
I thought it would be dry and strong with the image of "Takeyuki" which I drank before, but I was wrong because of its refreshing sweetness and umami 🤣.
The food was "motsu nabe" (hot pot with vegetables) 🍲 since it was getting cooler.
