Joe
I am on my way back to Tokyo from a trip home. On the way back after completing the four Suwa-taisha shrines this year without being aware of it and receiving a special fan, I came across a Mikotsuru store.
I bought a bottle of orikagarami, which was filled on the spot in the store. After that, we went outside the store for a little sipping, or rather, tasting 😂.
My husband, who is a non-drinker, is handy as a driver on road trips 😂 Even in Croatia, I traveled alone on a white wine tour, while he drove happily😅.
On a quieter note. I bought the fire-brewed sake here before and it tasted a little bit alu-ish and adult.
Today's raw orikarami has a mature core, but with a delicate, subtle sushuwa and a strong sweetness. There is also a slight aroma of oak.
With my own childish taste buds, I concluded that the raw Otona is still the best! We concluded that it is the best!
Then, we finished with Eel Kobayashi, getting back to the real world.

Hi Joe...it's great to have a driver so you can sample the food 😆 I'm always on my bike so I can't go to liquor stores and such to sample the food 😭.

Hello Manachie, I love you ♬ Yes, my partner is the best for a road trip with a lower class partner.
Manachie, I see you are a motorcycle rider, cool 😆 I heard there is a boom in motorcycles with the Corona. It's nice to ride with the wind in your face!

Hi Joe 😃 You went to the sake brewery, I went a few times myself, it's a really small brewery and they are doing a great job. Please go next year for the sparkling nigori sake 😊 and don't get stuck in traffic on the way back 😅.

Hi Joe 😃
Have you dropped by the brewery in Suwa⁉️?
No, I'm back ❗️
It's classy to have a tasting instead of drinking from a bottle 😁.

Hello Harry sakeboy! Harry sakeboy, you are also in Gokotsuru today 😆 foam nigori! I'll make love to you and look forward to seeing you next year ♬ We will return our rental car and take Azusa back to Tokyo. I've learned my lesson about traffic jams😅.

Hi Haruei Chichi😃Yes, I've been there for the first time! I see that there are many attractive sake breweries around Suwa Lake, such as Honkin, Masumi, Reijin, and others. I was so thankful that the sake was bottled fresh and I drank it straight from the bottle 😆.

Joe, renting a car❗️that's a great answer! If you get stuck in traffic for dozens of kilometers, you'll want to get out and walk 😅 A drink in an AZSA is also good 👍.

Joe
Harry sakeboy, yes, you are right, Azusa is also a good choice 😊I always have a combination of Suwa Roman Kuroyuri (beer WW) and deer jerky, but today I am sipping the leftover 💦 of Mikotsuru 😆.

Hi Joe, good evening!
I also visited this brewery in June ✨.
The daily kegs are a treat when you go 😆.
You're right about drinking right out of the store 🤣👍!

Joe
kino., good evening ♬♬ Oh! I'm so excited that you visited and that it changes daily 😆.
I thought it would be more respectful to drink the sake than to have the taste change due to the extreme heat 😁😁😁.

MAJ
Good evening Joe! I'm so glad to see you here 😄
You went straight to the Mikotsuru Sake Brewery! How I envy you... 😆 It's great that the brewery sells limited quantities... 🤤.

Good morning, MAJ 😃.
Yes, it's a mind tickling sale! When they say limited edition, I'm all over it 😁.
It was fun to drink under the blazing sun, or rather, to sample the food, just like in summer 😆.
