It has a pear-like aroma and sweetness, but it goes away easily.
When mixed with cage, you can taste the umami and bitterness.
The package gives the impression of a strong sweetness, but the surprisingly refreshing taste makes it perfect as an in-between-dinner drink.
For the 100th check-in, I selected a local Nagasaki sake, Tobiran.
I hadn't intended to pay attention to it, but as I got closer, I became curious about it.
The purpose of my visit to Kotobuki was to get this, but bouken-san had found out first.
I'll be drinking more and more Nagasaki sake from here on out!

Manachy, thank you for your congratulatory comment!
I see that you opened the bottle while counting down the seconds, which is perfect for a celebratory drink.
The store I went to this time is a little far away from me, so I think I'll buy it online from now on.

Tomoyuki Kumagai Thank you for your congratulatory comment!
A long time ago, Rokujyoshu and Fukuda were the most popular brands, but in the last few years, Yokoyama and Jiran have been doing well, haven't they?
I hope the number of production will go up and the number of distributors will increase in the future!
