Yesterday was Father's Day, and we all got together as a family to thank my father, myself and my brother-in-law for all the support they have given us.
Akiyoshi is one of the best yakitori restaurants in Fukui.
Each type of yakitori is 5 small pieces and each person can eat around 30 pieces, so we bought more than 200 pieces in total 😊.
It was hot, so I drank more beer and shifted to sake, which my dad got from people who live in Gujo Hachiman, Gifu, when they came to his place to research their ancestral roots.
I couldn't find the brand name, so I registered a new one.
The aroma is sweet like a flower, the mouthfeel is clean, and there is a slight bitterness and sweet aftertaste.
Drank chilled, but the finish is clean and sweet with no bitterness even though it is a honjozo.
A little bit of sweetness and bitterness, like sakura mochi (rice cake with sweetened cherry blossoms).
I thought it would be different if it was heated up, but when I noticed it, it was already empty 😁.

Hi Jive 😃.
I've seen Fukui's Yakitori culture, ordering a lot of Yakitori per person on the Kenmin show or something ❗Drinking and sharing with 3 fathers is a lot of fun 🎵.

More than 200 yakitori 👀!!! That's amazing 🐥.
I've never seen "Gembun" before 😲 Flower yeast sake sounds delicious🌸

Good evening, Mr. Gyves!
That's an amazing number of yakitori! I'd like to see them 😁.
I'd like to taste the sweet and bitter taste like sakura mochi 😳I've never seen it before 😊.

Hi Jive, good evening 😃.
Yes, they are small looking, but 200 of them are great 😳Your family will have a lot of fun drinking with these knobs 😋 and you'll be emptying them 😆.

Good evening, Mr. Menshuoh!
[I've been longing for a yakitori restaurant that serves two large pieces of yakitori, since most other yakitori restaurants serve five pieces of yakitori for one person.
There are also local yakitori restaurants in Hokkaido, such as Muroran, Bibai, and Hasegawa in Hakodate.

Good evening, Aaru Sake🌛.
Apparently it's only sold in the Gujo Hachiman area, and the other daiginjos use [chrysanthemum] yeast 😊.
Sake made with flower yeast in a land of clean water is quite interesting 🍶🌸

Good evening, Pon 🌛.
When I was writing my post, I realized I forgot to take a picture of the whole 200 😁.
The sweetness, bitterness, and the aroma that comes out of my nose is just like sakura mochi 🌸.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🌛.
I thought I had overdone it, but I counted 30 wakadori (young chicken), 30 negima (green onion), 30 kushikatsu (pork cutlet), 30 shiro (white meat), 25, etc., and it was still over 200 😁.

By the way, Akiyoshi also has stores in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, and other places outside of the prefecture, so if you are interested, please check it out.
The store does not have a good selection of alcoholic beverages, so take-out is recommended 😁.

There is a problem that the yakitori gets cold when you take it out, but since the yakitori is packaged in bags by type, you can have warm yakitori at home if you put it in a pot of hot water and boil it in the water.

Good evening, Jive 😃.
Akiyoshi has three stores in the Matsumoto area: ❗️
One of them is about 3 km from our house and was close to my workplace before I was transferred, so I used to go there often: ‼️
By the way, 200 bottles is great 😳

Hi Zeke Jikon!
I checked and there are no stores in Nagano city, but only around Matsumoto city, I guess it's because of the delivery route 🤔I alone can eat 40-50 pieces, and there were 7 adults and 5 kids 😁.

Hi Gyve 😃
I've heard of Akiyoshi: ❗️
I feel a kinship with the food culture of mass consumption of yakitori, similar to Hakata👍.

Good evening, Mr. Gyves!
I have been to the main restaurant once upon a time, is it still in front of APA Hotel?
I was "Hatsu" and my colleague (at that time) asked for "Jun Chicken".
I miss the days when my colleagues (back then) only ordered "pure chicken" 😇.

Haruei Chichi, good evening 🌙.
I looked up Hakata Yakitori and found that there is such a thing as Hakata Yakitori 😲.
I've not been to Fukuoka for a long time, but it's been a long time since I've been there 😄.

Good evening, Mr. Sakeran 🌙
We've moved from in front of APA, but it's only one street south, so it's almost the same 😄.
[Hatsu] is a hidden favorite that sells out quickly due to the small amount in stock.
