How is everyone doing in the year 2024?
We are in the midst of our annual last spurt at the end of the year, and especially this year, due to a combination of various things, some of the cleaning work will be carried over to next year.
In the midst of all this, 12/30 is the day for making and setting up kadomatsu (gate pine). We made two pairs of kadomatsu this year as well as the ones we ordered. Although I have been making kadomatsu for about 15 years and have completed them, it is getting harder and harder for me to return to my body from gathering materials to making them.
So, I opened the bottle to thank them for their hard work and to wish them good luck for the next year!
The aroma is a perfect example of a fruity aroma!
The mouthfeel has a moderate fruitiness that goes well with the aroma. The mouthfeel has a moderate fruitiness combined with a slight gassy feeling! It is delicious as soon as it enters the mouth! Enjoy the fruity aftertaste as it is, and finish it off with mild acidity and bitterness.
I don't know about you, but I feel that today's work has been rewarded with this wine.
Don't torture me, that's today's sake word!
