Since we started the year with Mimuro cedars in the year of the Snake, we will close the year with the same cedars in the year of the Snake.
This is the bottle we opened the other day when we had guests over. I was worried that it might drag down the taste of Hirotogawa since I was enjoying a bottle of Hirotogawa nigori, but this first bottling was milky and creamy😋 and the taste came with freshness. ❣️ Delicious and I drank it in gulps😆 If Hirotogawa has an adult atmosphere, this one seems a bit younger. If Hirotogawa has an adult atmosphere, this one looks a bit younger. It was really delicious💕.
