ðŸHiroshima Nishiki was discontinued because it was difficult to cultivate, but they revived it for its mellow flavor âšThis junmai sake seems to be limited to restaurants due to the amount of brewing âšI was able to enjoy this precious sake ð.

It was fun, though I was busy with sightseeing and trying to figure out what I had to eat here! I had a lot of fun while I was busy sightseeing ð I can't miss the sake, but I can't miss the sweets either ð If you go to Hiroshima, you should try some of the local specialties ðð.
