The lemon sour boom has died down a bit, and I've been drinking a lot of sake, but I've been letting it accumulate without posting anything 😇.

The price is reasonable because it's made with out-of-grade rice.
I heard that if you use out of quality rice, no matter how much you polish it, it will be treated as a regular sake!
Modest sweetness and rice flavor 😋.
I think it has a strong umami taste because it was originally aged for a few months in the brewery and then left at home for a few more months 👍.
It's a fine quality food sake 😊.
