drinking outside (as opposed to inside) The earlier one was too sippy for me, so I was healed with a definitely heated sake. It's not as guttural as I thought it would be, but rather smooth. It's a mild sake, isn't it? It was so good that I had to have another glass. It says "Hie" in the ingredients list 🙃. Also, the sake rice was 100% Omachi.

Good morning, Mr. Nochi! (≧▽≦) It is delicious when I mix millet or chaff with white rice and cook it (lol)! It's wonderful that there are so many different kinds of craft sake!

Good morning, Choroki-san. I heard that they made other brews for various reasons. I heard that they mixed 100 grams which does not affect the taste.

Mr. Kumagai Hi, I've never cooked rice with millet mixed in. I bow down to the breweries that are trying to devise a way to make it.
