The rice used is 80% Sake Mirai (20% is unknown), the rice polishing ratio is 50%, and it is a raw sake with an Alc of 15!
I've had packaged sake outside, but this is my first time drinking it at home🎶.

I made a refreshing salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, cheese and anchovies with olive oil and lemon by hollowing out a round yellow zucchini that looks like a bowl of lemon ✨It went well with the elegant sake!

This is Kitamura Sake Shop in Yawata, Kyoto. They have good sake like nichinichi and 寫楽, so it's easy to buy, but it's tough that Nabeshima and Otters are not eligible for stamps 😿.
