Yesterday I had my farewell party 😂.
But we all meet each other just by changing workplaces and affiliations😅.
It's been a few years since I've had a drink with my friends👍
It was totally used as an excuse to drink 🤣
This is Shiraga from Ishioka Shuzo, which went out of business in June this year 😆 They said they still have some in stock just in time 😍.
You can't find it at liquor stores anymore and I'm lucky to be able to drink it ❤️.
It's a dry sake with a delicious umami flavor, a sake for the common man 😆 It's a shame we can't drink it anymore, it was a cheap and good sake 😂.
I don't see it on the menu but I think it's the top selection of Shiraga 🙌
By the way, there was also a slightly better Tsukuba from Ishioka Sake Brewery on the menu, but they said they don't have this one anymore 😭.
