This year, again on October 1, we drank a collaboration sake by the member breweries of the Shiga Sake Brewers Association!
A blend of junmai ginjo, special junmai, and junmai sake from 32 breweries
Kita Sake Brewery played a central role in the creation of this collaboration!
Polishing ratio 70%.
Alcohol 16 degrees Celsius
Sake-like aroma and classic taste.
It has a sweet and spicy flavor with a light sweetness.
It went well with meals.
And it was easier to drink than last year.
Until last year, we used to make a toast together remotely, but this year, everyone is toasting at restaurants and other places.
I stayed at home and enjoyed the toast.
I'm happy to drink again this year ❣️
