Cut Yotchan x Shunyinchu
I bought this sake because I was curious about it, but did not drink it very often.
We had it cold.
The color is clear and almost transparent.
The aroma is slightly fruity and slightly sweet.
The mouthfeel is clear, yet soft and flows smoothly on the tongue.
The taste is soft, clear, and sweet.
The sweet aroma spreads in the mouth, and the nutty aroma passes through the nose.
The last taste is a slight acidity.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewers' alcohol
Alcohol content: 14%.
Try it with 6 kinds of Yotchan squid.
Standard Sanbaizu and Shiro are my favorite pairing. Crunchy squid-like crunchiness and sourness, and the clear sweetness of the sake gently envelopes the sourness and makes it flow.
The squid and amazara are crunchy and the more you chew them, the more flavor comes out. The surume sheet is a little chewy, but when you chew it, it tastes good and has a slight sourness at the end. The surume sheet is slightly chewy, tasty when chewed, and slightly sour at the end, leaving a nutty taste when taken together.
The squid somen is thin and easy to chew, but hard to eat😅The flavor of Yocchan gradually comes out, and the sake leaves a gentle sweetness and a little nutty taste.

I've never seen such a detailed tasting note of Yocchan Ika before, let alone the taste of the sake 😁.

I was surprised at the many variations of Yotchan-ika 🤣I drank it with Yotchan-ika myself in the past, but I wasn't sure if it went well with it or not😅.

Good evening, Erin 🌛Yocchan squid is also delicious after a long time 😋I was surprised at 50 yen per bag because it used to be like getagashi (Japanese sweets) 🤣I opened 6 kinds at once and it became a very luxurious snack 😁.

Good evening, Pon-chan 🌛I bought all kinds of sweets as an adult, but I was surprised to see the rising prices even for candy 🤣I like sour food, so the Sanbaizu Yocchan Ika was the best 😋 I thought the Shiro was a little milder than the Shiro 😊.

It's like a famous candy store, so popular that you have to reserve an admission ticket to get in 😊I spent a lot of money but had a good time 😁I regret that I only went to the sake brewery and saw the sign for the peach village but didn't get to stop by 😱.
