This time it is a summer sake in figure. It is a sake from Tochigi Prefecture. Today, June 15, is Chiba Prefecture Citizens' Day! Oh, shoot! Why didn't I drink Chiba sake today, I regretted💧. And I just realized that Tochigi Citizens' Day is on the same day💡. I remembered that! And I hurriedly searched for the record of outside drinking and managed to show my love for Tochigi💕. Crystal color. The top aroma is of apples and pears. From the gentle mouthfeel, the fruity taste of pears on a gentle syrupy sweetness is delicious on the nose. The fruity flavor has a moderate umami on the back side, which is delicious. The sweetness develops into a fruity sourness, and then gradually shifts to bitterness, and the way it finishes with a hint of sweetness, like a sparkler, is delicious. I first encountered this summer sake at Cafe Boo, a stylish cafe near Dojimahama Beach in Osaka, where I found a selection of wine and sake on my way home from an offline meeting. Huh? I wondered if there was such a place here. I was surprised to find that it had just opened in May. I visited there just before closing time for one drink. It looks like a cafe, but is it OK to have a drink in the afternoon? I just had to ask 😅. A new store for daytime drinkers 🍶✨.

Good morning, Pon-chan. I was glued to the store because it was stylish and had quite a bit of sake. I remembered that Disney used to be cheaper on Chiba Kenmin no Hi. Come to think of it, we don't have Kenmin no Hi in Kansai 🤔.

Good morning, pyonpyon. I am so glad you knew about this store. I was just passing by and saw a lot of sake on the shelves, so I was glued to it. It's rare to find a place where you can drink sake like you drink coffee 😊.

Good morning, Mamio! If you ask me, Narumi does indeed have a lot of low alcohol. The last time I drank it, it was also 14 degrees. I wonder if they are sticking to the traditional sake brewing method, low alcohol, and raw brewing these days?

Good evening, bouken. It may be too fashionable for men to enter? I also entered the restaurant in a drunken stupor, but since it had just opened, they were able to introduce me to the menu and many other things. I was glued to the old Asahi Ei, Matsu no Tsukasa, and Kidoizumi sake 😆.
