Why this one? You may wonder why I chose this one, but if I were to buy Mikotsuru, I would have chosen Yamae-nishiki or Kinmon-nishiki....
The sweetness is light and refreshing. It seems to disappear quickly. I didn't feel any gassiness, probably because it has been open for a long time.
I expected it to be sweeter, but it wasn't.
Mr. Yumayumai connected me to the remote offline meeting.
I hope you could feel our enthusiasm even though it was only for a short time.
