Last month? Last month? I was informed by Mr. Bouken of Sake no Wa that they sell Katsuma! I was able to buy it 🙏.
Katsikoma, Katsikoma, Katsikoma in the store 👀
I was looking for it and thought maybe it was sold out 😭. I was wondering if they were sold out 😭
I looked closer 👀 and saw "Katsikoma" in hiragana at the end of the fridge!
I don't get this one 😰.
I never get a chance to drink it 😰.
The label on the back says "This is a small handmade sake shop, so..." instead of
It says "This sake is alive. Please drink it as soon as possible" 😭
The aroma is slightly fruity despite being a honjozo. It has a slight fruity aroma. Then a nice bitterness, and then boom, 18 degrees of alcohol. 😵💫
I'm looking forward to the taste change after tomorrow, which is only possible when drinking at home 😊.
Today, I paired it with a Katsuo rice cracker, a gift from pyon of Sake no Wawa, and Aurora brand seasoned cod, which all Fukui residents know 😁, and Hokuriku yellowtail sashimi, which I begged Gyve to make 😋.
Checking in today at ㊗️333 😁 this hiragana Kachikoma might not be able to drink at home anymore😭
