Today we opened our first bottle of Kudoki-jote 😄.
I have been interested in it for a long time because of the many posts on Sake-no-wa and the name 😆.
My husband happened to stop by Tokyo Station and bought this as a gift from Gransta Hasegawa Sake Shop: ✌️
Since we were there, I pushed aside the autumn sake that was waiting for its turn to appear!
I already had a preconceived notion that it was sweet, easy to drink and suitable for beginners...
The aroma and flavor are gorgeous.
I certainly felt sweetness on the palate.
Immediately after that, spiciness, bitterness, and astringency spread at once. The astringent taste lingered in the aftertaste.
Hmmm...💦💦.
Maybe I had too many preconceived notions😅.
It was totally different from the taste I was expecting, maybe it's not my favorite type.
Maybe my condition is bad today😭.
Sorry to my husband who went out of his way to buy it for me 😥.
I'm sorry, Mr. Kudokibe 🙏.
I want to try it again in a few days.
I hope it tastes good then ✨

Good morning, HinaHanaMama. ☀️
Normal jungin is dry.
I think Jr. and Super are the ones that change the taste of sake.
Personally, I like the new sake Shiboritate 💕

Nice to meet you! I love Kudokibe because their dry jungin is very easy to drink and has no bitterness, unlike its name 💕.

Hello, HinaHanaMama!
Congratulations on your first kudoki 🎉!
It's so difficult and interesting to choose the right sake because you don't know what you're drinking until you try it 🎵.
I had my first kudo the other day with Jr. Aizan and it was very good 😊.

Hi HinaHanaMama 🐦.
I know it's a bitter taste, but it went away on the second and third day. I hope it will disappear too! Don't worry if it doesn't suit you 😉.

Hi Pon-chan 😃Thank you for your comment... Pon-chan's kind words made me feel a little relieved 😮💨 I wonder if the taste will change 💦I will drink up the last of it so as not to be rude to Kudokibe-san!

Hi, HinaHanaMama-san!
I drank Jr.'s juicy dry sake in the past, so I thought it must have been delicious too, but it wasn't. Choosing sake is difficult.... It is difficult to choose the right sake... I often have this problem myself ^^^.
