Tomorrow morning I'm driving back to my hometown, so I'm not going to drink at night... so I thought why not drink from noon, so I went home and had a lunchtime drink 😂.
I had this one in stock when I went back to my parents' house last month 🍶.
I have the privilege of being a resident of Nagasaki prefecture, and I can usually find Classic Sandesi at most special distributor stores in the prefecture.
The aroma is melon and citrusy, which is typical of Hiran.
The sweetness is moderate for a "Hiran", and the umami is strong and the acidity is medium.
The gasiness is very slight and you can feel a little bit of chili.
The bitterness increases in the latter half and the aftertaste is clean and crisp.
Yes, it was delicious!
I feel at home when I drink sake with a glass of sake 😂.
I've already prepared sake for New Year's, so I'll be back at my wife's and my parents' house tomorrow for a relaxing sake life.

I don't think you can find Sandesi in Japan except in Nagasaki 🤔I tried not to have any alcohol left over and drank it at noon to finish drinking at home for the last time 👍I managed to get to my parents' house but I'm worried about the snow on the way back 😅.
