The same gentle aroma and woody aroma as on the top, soft sweetness and rice flavor spread with gentle acidity and a little gas, leaving a lingering slightly bitter and soft aroma that quickly fades away.
It is a delicate and mysterious sake that gets better with each successive bottle. It is like an elegant rice wine that goes well with meals and is of course delicious on its own!
We brought No.6, which was a gift from Fukuoka to Sapporo, to my wife's parents' house in Nagasaki and enjoyed it with New Year's osechi dishes prepared by my brother-in-law, who is a chef.
