- Milan HauserType: junmai daiginjo, rice: Omachi, milling rate: 50%, SMV: +6, acidity: 1.6, yeast: M310, alc.: 16% Aroma is bananas with floral notes. Mouthfeel is very soft. Flavor is rich and dry. Rather savoury. Neither sweet nor sour. Great balance. Rich in umami and biterness of alcohol. I think it's a good sake for any occasion. It's a good sake for getting drunk.
Milan Hauser is using Sakenowa. Why don't you start using it too?
