The season's first heat made me sweat during the day, so I want to have a glass of cold sake 😁.
Tomorrow is the new moon at midday, and even if there is no moon in the night sky, we can always enjoy "moon-viewing sake" 🌛🍶🍶.
This time it's this one! In a way, this is the sake that got me hooked on "moon" sake 😆.
Amego no Tsuki Daiginjo Tsukimitsu
The aroma is fruity like melon as soon as it is poured, the mouthfeel is clear and sweet, and the finish is sharp like a crescent moon, but with a sweet lingering aftertaste.
It's been a long time since I've had this, but it's so good!
The sashimi was made from "sayori" (Japanese Spanish mackerel) and "matsukawa flounder" (flatfish), both of which are strongly recommended as being in season now.
A crescent moon and a full moon climb on the tray 😊.
Every time I drink, I tip my hat to the "moon after the rain" naming sense, but the pink moon after the rain I saw in the middle of the night the other day was incredibly beautiful 🌕.
I regret that I couldn't get a good shot of it with my phone 🌝.

Good evening, Gyve 😃.
I see that Mr. Gyve also drank a delicious melon-based drink 🎵I like the idea of having my own personal tsukimi sake 🌙And some fine matsukawa, which is great 🤤.

Hi Pon-chan!
I've been hooked since I went to Hiroshima on a trip before and I regularly want to drink 😁.
I'm not afraid to drink up to 2 gou of sake because if I get carried away, I will drink it all up quickly 😊.

Hi there, Mr. Noodle Drink King ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Oddly enough, yesterday we were covered in melon-based food 🍈.
Actually, I bought both of these sashimi for 480 yen for two due to the supermarket's half-price effect, so the sense of luxury was a bit diminished 😅.

You can see the full moon rising on the red Fuji when you hold the sake cup!!!! 🌕!!! It's a chic touch and makes the daiginjo more enjoyable 😉🍶.

Good evening, Mr. Aaru Sake 🌙
I bought it at a Kiyomizuyaki pottery fair in Kyoto before Corona, and it was love at first sight 😀.
It's a beautiful item that allows me to enjoy the full moon reflected on the surface of the water every time I hold the sake cup, but I tend to drink more and drink too much: ☺️

Hi Gyve 😃
Interesting marriage of melon🍈 type with pineapple flounder - ❗️
It will be interesting to see what synergies emerge 😊.

Hi Haruei Chichi ☀☀☀☀.
I didn't put it on the picture, but I also made a carpaccio style recipe by dissolving salt in olive oil in addition to soy sauce 😁.
This one was less harsh than the soy sauce and brought out the sweetness and umami of the sake and fish 😆.

Thank you very much for your kind comment, it will be a great encouragement for me in the future 😆.
I like to drink my favorite sake, so I try to make it as tasty as possible by matching the sake cups to the atmosphere 😁.
