Just in time for the last sake of the year...I decided on this one!
Tanaka Rokuugo, 13% alc. ver. of it, which I heard is only sold at limited distributors 👀.
Almost no top notes, with a gentle sweet aroma of caramel and wasanbon.
Compared to the regular Tanaka Rokuugo, it has a stronger sweetness and umami, yet it's clean and transparent, and the mouthfeel is light, but it's also very voluminous 🤔.
There is almost no gassiness, and the impact of the flavor is mid to slightly late in the process, and I didn't notice any bitterness or other miscellaneous flavors ✨.
This is awesome! The difference from the regular Tanaka Rokugo is also obvious and I thought it would be more interesting to compare the two 👍
I just realized that Solitary Gourmet is over and we're almost at the end of the year 🎍.
