We went to the Fushimi Meishu Cooperative (Yamamoto Honke Toyosawa Honten Heiwa Sake Brewery Partnership) Shin Sake Brewery Opening! First of all, we tasted two kinds of new sake! Hatsuei Junmai Namaeshu. A refreshing taste. Sacred Shiboritate Tarekuchi Chilli, fresh and sweet. It has a rich flavor. Next, tasting of each brewery Sacred Daiginjo Aromatic and delicious, it is also good during a meal. Keicho Junmai Ginjo Tastes good with meals Toyoshu Special Junmai Delicious and smooth! And last but not least, it's expensive! Matsu no Midori Tokusen Junmai Daiginjo Aromatic, delicious, and clean tasting sake for 5500 yen! Delicious without question ✨ Aside from the Matsunosui, the Sacred Shiboritate Junmai Sake was my favorite: ❣️ We drank the sake while drinking the famous water called Shirakikusui! The water had a gentle sweetness and a light taste. The snack was sweet and spicy "Kyo surume" made in Fushimi! It is a handsome and tasty appetizer! Other local specialties such as Kyoto vegetables and pickles were also on sale 🎶.

Hi, Pon-chan ^^^^. I'm glad you had a good time. I would like to visit a sake brewery myself, but most of the events are held on Sundays, and as someone who cannot take weekends off, I don't have much luck;

Hi Kozou, ☁️ I've only been to this one in Fushimi, Kyoto 😁There are a lot of tourists here, so pickles, etc. sold out in the morning 😳I was going to buy sakekasu here, but it was sold out in the morning 😳That's a tourist attraction💦.

Hi Jay & Nobby, ☁️ It's nice to be able to drink a variety of sake at a sake brewery opening, where you can find rare ones such as locally distributed ones, or you can try them at a reasonable price! It's also fun to see everyone in a good mood under the blue sky 😆.

Hello, freelancer man of the first generation: ☁️ I know that the event is held on weekends and holidays 😢, but many breweries only offer tours and tastings on weekdays 😊👍I suggest you search for your favorite brand of sake brewery and go there.
