After opening the bottle, I took a sniff👃.
Enraptured by the fruity aroma of muscat and peach😍.
Poured it into a glass and took a sip.
Yes, it's delicious.
Light sweetness, good acidity, it's a dangerous sake that goes down smoothly 😁.
Since we were in the mood, we decided to compare Hitogokochi with Mikotsuru.
Mikotsuru is a robust type with deep sweetness, while Shinshu Kamerei is a smooth type with light sweetness.
Both are delicious, but I prefer the Shinshu Kamerei.
The side dish was a Japanese dish of grated radish and Nametake mushrooms from Nagano Prefecture 😁.
It was a wonderful sake banquet.
