The other day, I got a bottle of "Haru-ura" from Kame-no-umi and was relieved and was wondering when I should drink it...
I was wondering when I would be able to drink it... 👍😅The "Akanesusu-kai" of Tsuchiya Sake Brewery, of which I am a member this season, has arrived with a bottle of "Haru-ura" (4gou bottle) 👍😅.
I opened the bottle of "Spring March Delivery Sake" first, and as a result, I got a bit tired 😅😅.
Surprisingly, it has a strong fizzy feeling, freshness of the mouth, light nigori, and a slight bitterness.
I tried it with mozzarella and other fresh cheeses, which is written on the brewery's website.
Definitely "mozzarella and small tomatoes" with salt, olive oil and basil.
The label design is different, perhaps a direct label from the brewery, but I assumed it would be the same sake.
The one from the brewery has 17% alcohol by volume, while the bottle distributed in the market has 16% alcohol by volume.
I will test the difference again in the future.
The range of Tsuchiya's sake brewing is amazing.
The Semishigure is cute with its acidity... Anyway, all types of sake have their own merits, but the Tsuchiya sake is the best.
Personally, I would recommend
Hosoyuki and Haruura. I think you should try the pink and yellow unfiltered sake👍.

Kame no Kai has seasonal sake with different goodness in each spring, summer, fall and winter👍.
Akanesusukai received sake in September and March this season.
