I'm spending my once-a-year vacation here, spending weekdays supporting my wife who just started a new job at her new place of work, training more than usual, and taking a short drive along the new route from Ikeda, Fukui to Ibi, Gifu ✨.
Well, I thought I'd try to be a [Masamune Hunter] like [Hiro-san] once in a while, so I opened this one this time 🍶.
Alps Masamune Junmai Ginjyo Yamae Nishiki Goju.
This is an optional item for the Shinshu Secret Sake Hanpukai, and was awarded the Platinum Prize in the Junmai Daiginjo (Polishing ratio 36-50%) category at the Kura Master, a Japanese sake competition held in France for Japanese sake selected by French people!
[Glass]
The aroma is sweet like apples, the flavor flows smoothly into the mouth, and after the fruity sweetness, it finishes with a refreshing aftertaste and a slight bitterness that remains at the end.
[Mokkiri]
A fruity sweet aroma, a light umami taste, and a refreshing finish with a sweet fruity aftertaste and a slight bitterness that lingers on the tongue at the end.
Although it is a junmai ginjo, it has an interesting aroma reminiscent of junmai daiginjo and a refreshing sharpness that is typical of junmai ginjos.
Served with Akiyoshi's Yakitori (grilled chicken) and Ajisashi (horse mackerel sashimi from Ishikawa).

The fourth picture is of Sugihara Sake Brewery, which brews "Imi", and Emi Restaurant's "Chashu Eggs", which I wanted to eat for lunch while visiting Ibi, Gifu.
I'm going back to my "spiritual hometown" for a bit from today, so please be careful of alcohol terrorism 🥰.

Hi Gyve!
Sake with Masamune in the name is interesting 🎶Alps + Masamune, musical instrument + Masamune, etc. 😆.
I can only look forward to the sake terrorism in the hometown of my heart 😊👍Take care!

Was it a drive to Sugihara Sake Brewery 😃?
Sometimes a drive is a nice break ✨.
You hunted for a beautiful and delicious tasting Masamune 😁.

Hi Gyve 😃
One vacation a year... I was worried about you... but you'll be fine, you've even issued a liquor terror alert ⚠️ 😁.
I'm curious about your spiritual home, Mr. Gyve: ☺️ At least I understand that it's a place where alcohol is involved 🍶😊.

Hi HinaHanaMama!
[I've been on the Masamune hunt 🥰.
I advised her to change her job because her last place of work was quite pitch black and she found her next one✨.
I just pray that the next place is a drunken workplace!

Hello, Pon-chan!
Personally, I find [katakana + Masamune] rather alien, especially [Bike Masamune] and [Radio Masamune] 🤣.
The train is running late at some points, but you will soon arrive at the "home of my heart" 🔚.

Hello ichiro18, ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
I took a test drive on a road I was thinking of riding next season on my hobby bicycle, but gave up because of more winding roads and tunnels than I imagined 🤣.

Hi Aladdin!
I'm in an industry that doesn't have Bon and New Year's, so I can only take some consecutive holidays by myself once a year ✨.
I'm going to buy sake and sweet things that I can't buy unless I come here 🥰.
