This is Kawanakajima Genmai, which I couldn't bring home in a bottle. I was told about a store that unloaded fresh at a liquor store and visited here.
Finally! The first bottle of Genmai. It has a soft and gorgeous taste. My husband, who is not a drinker, drank some of it and said it tends to be similar to Hana-yoso 😅 It's true. The aroma and taste are soft and gentle. It is a modest Yamato Nadeshiko. I bought a four-pack bottle of Aruzoe, which is said to be its origin, so I thought I would drink it with the boys who can drink during the Obon holidays.
This restaurant is ambivalent, being Hakodate in Nagano Prefecture, and the tuna sashimi was delicious.
Mmmm. Times have changed😅.
