Today is the last time I can relax on a weekday, so I went to a sake brewery. Fujioka Sake Brewery, where you can get a sake seal 😁.
The tasting bar was full of people.
We compared 3 x 50ml sakes, limited to weekdays only 😊.
All the sakes are very refreshing. The sweet, umami, and acidic flavors are rather strong and delicate. I don't know if I would want to drink more 70ml x 2 cups after drinking the sake. But there was a Junmai Daiginjo Aizan ❤️ and a Junmai Daiginjo Nama Shu Oorigarami Aizan ❤️, so...,
Batsurai means so-called "blame". They take the trouble to bottle the sake for blaming.
Of course, I bought a bottle to get the sake seal, but the price for a 500 ml bottle is so-so (euphemism), isn't it? Why 500 ml?

As expected, I couldn't say that I would finish the whole bottle by myself😆.
The people at the brewery are very kind, so if you are ever in Kyoto, be sure to stop by. It has become a favorite of mine. ☺️

Aozora's bar is stylish and tasteful, isn't it? Soukou's bottles are made in Venice and stylish, so you don't want to throw them away even after drinking ☺️ though they don't have much capacity 😅.

They will take the bottles back for 20 yen. I'll leave a bottle at my parents house after I drink it, for 20 yen 😆.
