Nirvana Kame is one of the hard to find sake in the "PRIVATE LAB" series.
It is a low-polishing junmai sake with a rice polishing ratio of 88%.
Nirvana Kame-chan, which has been laid down for a year, will be opened today!
I wonder what it tastes like...
The aroma is not so strong but there is a fine quality atmosphere.
It tastes good after one sip 😆.
Good acidity... maybe a little dry 🙄.
There's a freshness like rummy, yet it also tastes complex but not spiky. Is this really low milled?
Nirvana tortoise strange taste, I can say it is truly Shinsei magic 🤔.

I have the flu😅.
My fever went up to 39.3 degrees but it's gone down now so I enjoyed (a little) sake for a long time.
