Finally, we have welcomed the Sogape of our dreams 🥹Thanks to those who gave us tips through Sake no Wa 😌.
A fresh sour aroma rises from the bottle when you twist the screw. When poured into a glass, it has a cute sweet aroma with a hint of a traditional sake yeast yeast.
The light, refreshing sweet and sour taste in the mouth has a hint of green, lemon, and a hint of wine yeast...it's so good you won't believe it's sake....
I'm so happy to be able to enjoy the changes in flavor over a few days 🥰.
