The first half of GW is over, and while the news is full of excitement about overseas travel with the strong yen, I'm still going at my normal pace tonight, drinking at my own leisure 🍶.
I tried to open the rest of the "Kamikai" the other day, but there was not much left, so I opened this one, which I was curious about, to make up for the lack of sake 🍶.

The aroma of cemedine is strong, and the mouthfeel is smooth with sweetness and umami without feeling the alcohol content of 19°.

Cemedine aroma, mild umami and sweetness on the palate, followed by a mild lingering aftertaste, and finally a bitter taste that lingers in the throat 🤔.
If you can buy it in a handy can and it tastes like this, it's pretty tasty and convenient ✨.
I was drunk by the time I finished it because of the 19° flavor 🙌
