Nobby went to the liquor store alone to buy some things, but he called me on line and said "I don't know what to buy 😓" 🤔 They have a wide selection of chrysanthemum, so I asked him to buy the discovery series.
The second picture is the one Nobby took at the liquor store, and from this one, identity was chosen after looking at the price tag too 😄.
I've been drinking Kangiku for a while now, and this is my sixth bottle, although they are different kinds.
The bottle was opened with a splash, just like a fresh sake!
It is gassy, sweet and fresh, easy to drink and gentle 😌.
All of Kangiku's sakes are delicious!
But each one has its own characteristics and that's what makes it truly an identity 😊.

By the way, I have to go to Hirado on the week of 9/19, and J&N2 will be traveling from Nagasaki to Fukuoka for 3 nights and 4 days. We will go from Nagasaki airport to Fukuoka via Hirado and back.
It will be the first time for both of us to land in Kyushu, so if you have any recommendations for sightseeing spots or restaurants, please let me know 🙇🏻🙇🏻🙇🏻♀️.

If you're in Nagasaki city, I guess "Tsuruchan" for Turkish rice? If you go to Hirado, there is also "Hiran-no-mori Sake Brewery". 😋For Fukuoka, I guess "Bikkuri Tei", "Rakutenchi (motsunabe)" and "Tempura Hirao" 😆👍.

There is also "Sumiyoshi Sake Shop" in Hakata Station, where you can have a corner bar...or "Hisaya Sake Shop" near Fukuoka Airport, where you can find Fukuoka limited edition sake 😄.

For Nagasaki chanpon, I personally like "Yokohama" 😋😋 For lunch in Hirado, I recommend "Restaurant Manpuku" for its delicious fresh sashimi 🤤.

Ikitsuki Island is a great place for ramen and chanpon with jaw soup 🍜.
Hirado Castle also has a Kaguraden (a Shinto shrine) from which the name of the sake "Hiran" is derived.
Not much to call it a great castle 😅💦.

If you are traveling by car from Continue to Hakata, you can pass through Niji-no-Matsubara in Karatsu City with a little cooler weather☺️.
Tempura Hirao salted fish is a great snack for Sake👍️.
Hakata is also a good place to have a chatty dinner at Kraft Sake Rib Loblom 😋.

I would like you to go to Nagasaki city because it is full of tourist attractions, but you may want to take the plunge and go north to Huistenbosch, Sasebo, and Hirado....
In Hirado, you can enjoy seafood such as flatfish ❗️.
And how about ramen noodles with broth made from horse mackerels⁉️...

If not, please go to Yobuko from Karatsu and try squid ❗️.
Because it is very fresh.
From Karatsu, it takes about 1 hour to Fukuoka city via toll road.
