The second sake in the "Sakusaku" un-available-label drinking comparison is Hakutsuru-nishiki.
I remember having Hakutsuru-nishiki sake at Toyo Bijin and remember how sweet and delicious it was.
I am looking forward to seeing how it is brewed at my favorite sake brewery, Saku.
So, I will have it right away.
The first day
First, the aroma. The aroma is not so strong.
In the mouth, the usual gorgeous aroma of Saku is not so noticeable, but the balance of subtle sweetness, bitterness, and spiciness is the same as ever.
Compared to Okayama Asahi, there is less gradation of flavors, and it seems to flow more smoothly.
Day 2
A slightly sweet aroma was detected.
The sweetness in the mouth seems to have increased a little, but the taste is still the same, flowing smoothly and cleanly.
It is easy to drink with a slight lingering bitterness and spiciness.
Fourth day.
The same gentle sweetness as before.
The bitterness seems to have become a little stronger.
The lingering taste is soft and pungent.
Hakutsuru-Nishiki may be my favorite on the 4th day, but my overall impression is that I prefer Okayama Asahi.
Saku is always really good, and it was a great pleasure to drink it at home this time 😊.

Good morning, ma-ki- 😀
I like the idea of comparing saké 😀.
I used to get Saku a lot this time last year, but I haven't had it recently because I want to drink more and more 🤣.
It's been a while since I wanted to drink it 😀.

Good morning, ma-ki-. ☀️
I remember that only this Hakutsuru-nishiki Saku tasted like it wasn't made by Hakutsuru.
I also drink very little Saku these days 💦.

Thank you for your comment Yasube.
It's true that I've learned a lot about different kinds of sake at Sake no Wa, and the number of sake I want to drink is growing and growing 🎵.
I am looking forward to drinking some of the sakes that Yasubeyesan taught me 😊.

Thank you for your comment, T.KISO.
Only Hakutsuru-nishiki is not like the other ones. That was my first impression too🍶.
I agree. I also thought that I was drinking less Saku and I wanted to drink it too much after a long time 😊.

Hello ma-ki-, ^_^
I like the idea of comparing the saku drinking ✨.
I checked and found that I haven't had any Saku in more than 2 years 😱.
I wish I had bought some of the 5 types of Saku at the liquor store in the commercial center I went to yesterday😭.

Thank you for your comment, HinaHanaMama.
There are so many sakes I want to drink that I have been trying new ones, but every once in a while I want to enjoy the original sakusai 🎵.
I have other sakes I want to try, so I will compare them again!

Saku-sama I can drink quite a bit at yakitori restaurants too, so it's been a while since I've had a drink at home: ⤴️
I'm curious to know what you had in mind 🎵.
If you have a chance to visit us again, please come and enjoy the gorgeous Saku-sama after a long time 😊.
