I taught my daughter about the Chushingura at Oishi Shrine and did a little parental 👍
Well, the nigori festival shows no end as our family is on a rave stock-consumption campaign.
So again, this time, we will be serving Hakuba Nishiki light nigori to go with the oysters: ❤️
The aroma is refreshing. When you drink it, it has a soft and smooth taste with few peculiarities. Perhaps it is because of the lees, but the attack is a bit thumpy. However, the fresh sweetness of the rice spreads quickly and finishes with an impression of richness.
